These terms apply to the Stream Monster website and the free Stream Monster Windows app. By using either one, you agree to them.

The app

Stream Monster is free to download and use. You may install it on your own computers for personal or streaming use. Don't resell it, and don't redistribute modified copies as our product.

Provided as is

The app and the site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or stop working. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data, lost revenue, stream interruptions or any other indirect damages from using Stream Monster.

Your stream, your responsibility

You're responsible for what goes out on your stream, including what your buddy says. You can control this with the in-app language filter. Follow the rules of the platforms you stream on (YouTube, Twitch, Kick and others) and of the games you play.

Third-party services

Connecting to YouTube, Twitch or other services is optional and governed by their own terms. If you connect YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Stream Monster isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube, Activision or Call of Duty.

Website accounts and the feedback board

Keep your password safe, and give us a real email address. Be respectful on the feedback board: no spam, harassment, illegal content, or other people's private information. We may remove posts or close accounts that break these rules.

Changes and contact
